1. Enrolment and accounts ▶
Provide accurate and current information during enrolment. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Minimum age to enrol is 16 (or with guardian consent where applicable).
2. Payments and refunds ▶
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Secure card payments are processed by our payment partner.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the course has not started. Once a course begins, refunds are prorated only in cases of documented service failure.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling ▶
We may reschedule sessions due to tutor availability or unforeseen events. You will be notified via email and offered alternative dates or equivalent credit.
If a course is cancelled entirely, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Conduct and acceptable use ▶
Respectful conduct is required at all times. Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or disruptions are prohibited in sessions and community spaces.
We may suspend or remove any participant who violates this policy without refund in severe cases.
5. Intellectual property ▶
Course materials are licensed for your personal, non-transferable use. Do not share, redistribute, record, or publish materials without written permission.
You retain rights to your own artwork created during the course, except where a separate assignment of rights is agreed for collaborative projects.
6. Privacy and cookies ▶
We use essential cookies to operate the site and optional cookies to improve performance. You may manage your preferences via the cookie banner.
We minimise personal data, store it securely, and retain it only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations.
7. Liability ▶
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes to these terms ▶
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or our services. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
